Project Manager

We're looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be instrumental in guiding our clients through the successful implementation of our workflow solutions and other solutions. You'll be the central point of contact, managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards, ultimately driving client satisfaction and successful adoption of our platform.

What you'll be doing:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for workflow system implementations, from kickoff to post-go-live support.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budget tracking, and risk assessment.
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, coordinating internal resources and client teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Track project progress using appropriate tools and techniques, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues proactively.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication among all stakeholders, providing regular status updates, reports, and managing expectations effectively.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements to inform future improvements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation process.
