About the Role
This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Specialist at Zillenium Sdn Bhd located in Kuala Lumpur. The Presales Specialist will be responsible for analyzing customer requirements, providing consultations, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting the sales team. The Presales Specialist will also play a crucial role in the presales and posts sales process, helping to shape, refine, and control solutions to meet customer needs.
Requirements
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to gather and interpret data
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Consulting experience, with the ability to understand and address customer needs
Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
Previous experience in presales, including preparing proposals and conducting product demonstrations
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
Knowledge of industry best practices and trends
Experience with CRM software and other relevant tools
Qualifications in business, technology, or related fields are preferred
Experience with SDLC either agile or any relevant methodology
Native or Bilingual Proficiency in Chinese
